Port Ludlow

Port Ludlow is a growing Jefferson County community on the northeast tip of the Olympic Peninsula. Port Ludlow boasts a temperate climate, a waterfront resort with a 300-slip marina, and a championship-caliber 27-hole golf course.

Hood Canal Bridge

At more than a mile long, the Hood Canal bridge is the third longest floating bridge in the world, and the only one on saltwater. It connects Poulsbo, Kingston, and the North Kitsap Peninsula, to Port Ludlow and the Olympic Peninsula.

The Hood Canal Bridge is a drawbridge, and occasionally closes to vehicular traffic in order to allow navy submarines to travel to and from the naval base at Bangor, just 5 miles to the south.
