Vancouver
Vancouver is in southwest Washington, just across the Columbia River from Oregon. The fourth-largest city in Washington, Vancouver is still considered to be part of the Portland Metro area. Fort Vancouver was founded near the current downtown in 1825. The fort is now a National Historic Site.
